Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Viral Product Store. We aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once it is processed.

3. Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3-5 business days
Tier 2 Cities: 4-7 business days
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order using the carrier's tracking page. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible. Re-shipping charges will apply.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. After that, the order will be returned to us and re-shipping charges will apply.
Ensure your phone number is correct and reachable, as the delivery partner may call before delivery.

7. Order Issues
