At Viral Product Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by emailing us at machinelearning.vishwajeet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery per our Return Policy below.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging (with tags/seals intact).
  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Skincare products, beauty products, and personal care items that have been opened or unsealed.
  • Intimate or hygiene products.
  • Products purchased during flash sales, clearance sales, or with discount codes above 30%.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products.
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
  • Free gifts or promotional items received with orders.

4. Return Process

  1. Email us at machinelearning.vishwajeet@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (showing it is sealed/unused).
  2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  3. If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
  4. The product must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving return approval.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • If the product passes inspection, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If the returned product is found to be opened, used, damaged, or not in original condition, the return will be rejected and the product shipped back to you at your cost.
  • Razorpay processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
