At Viral Product Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by emailing us at machinelearning.vishwajeet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery per our Return Policy below.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging (with tags/seals intact).
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The wrong item was delivered.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Skincare products, beauty products, and personal care items that have been opened or unsealed.
- Intimate or hygiene products.
- Products purchased during flash sales, clearance sales, or with discount codes above 30%.
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Free gifts or promotional items received with orders.
4. Return Process
- Email us at machinelearning.vishwajeet@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (showing it is sealed/unused).
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
- The product must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving return approval.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- If the product passes inspection, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- If the returned product is found to be opened, used, damaged, or not in original condition, the return will be rejected and the product shipped back to you at your cost.
- Razorpay processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Exchange Policy
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
